Bruce D. Zeidman
Mr. Zeidman's areas of concentration include New Jersey Workers' Compensation and Federal Longshore Compensation matters, personal injury cases with thorough knowledge of the New Jersey Personal Injury Protection Benefits law, real estate transactions, commercial collection cases, and Municipal Court matters. Mr. Zeidman also engages in matters before the Appellate Courts.
Mr. Zeidman has participated in and conducted many arbitrations and hearings on behalf of clients, particularly in the field of Workers' Compensation, both state and federal, and has appeared before the New Jersey Supreme Court on various issues including technical aspects and applications of the Personal Injury Protection Benefit Statute. He also frequently represents clients in Municipal Court matters including traffic offenses.
